After a 1-4 start to the season, the New York Yankees have won 9-of-10 and are 10-5 on the season. Their bats were rolling last night as they beat the Chicago White Sox by the score of 9-1. They managed to hit four long-balls against the White Sox pitching. Starlin Castro and Aaron Judge managed hit back-to-back homers in the 5th inning, which is the first back-to-back homers of the season for the Yankees.

Aaron Judge hit homer #5 in the 5th inning.
Aaron Hicks hit home number 4 in the 8th inning.

Tanaka On Point

Starting pitcher Masahiro Tanaka was on his “A” game, as he tossed 7 innings and only allowing 1 earned run on 6 hits and 6K’s. That’s his longest outing of the season thus far, and with that strong performance, Tanaka was able to get his 2nd win of the season.
